Three suspected robbers met their ends at the hands of an angry mob today at Uyo-Itam junction along Calabar/Itu Highway in Uyo,  Akwa Ibom  state capital. According to online reports, the thieves were set ablaze before the police could arrive the scene. The  jungle justice  was said to have reportedly happened quickly before the arrival of the police authorities, the suspects were descended upon and beaten mercilessly before they were set ablaze by irate residents of the area after their alleged capture. Nigerian singer Lucy was formerly signed to RudeBoy Records, but she had to leave to save her career when the feud in the  P’square  family started. According to her in a chat with  HipTV, the  P’square family squabbles sabotaged her career and she was almost driven into oblivion. A Nigerian lady identified as Joy Joseph on Facebook, has taken to the social media platform to appreciate God and also narrate on how her sister survived a highly  fatal accident  just moments after arriving in Nigeria. According to the lady, the sister came into the country to celebrate the Easter season with her family and on her way to Benin, Edo State, they had a serious accident. Joy explained that her sister was the only survivor in the fatal accident as the driver and another occupant lost their lives. The obviously excited lady mentioned that the last time she mourned was in 2009 when the family lost their father, and she is so grateful to God she is not mourning anyone this time around. A Nigerian man resident in Aberdeen, Scotland has been sentenced to seven years in prison over the  rape  of a teenager. This is coming just few months after his lavish wedding in Uyo Nigeria. The man identified as  Kufre Uwem of 6 Waterton Lawn, Stoneywood, Aberdeen, who was a sub-sea project engineer, detained the woman against her will in his flat and then removed her clothing and raped her. He was also convicted of intent to rape a second woman in her flat. The offences were committed on October, 18, 2012, and October 30, 2016, at flats in Aberdeen. Uwem continues to protest his innocence.
